Appearance: 
An error of genetics, Leopardfang has two different pelts, one silver and gray, and the other umber and a dark dark brown. He inherited his mother's bright blue eyes, and his father's muscle. It is not his size that makes him intimidating, but the coldness he has learned to hold in his bright blue eyes. His fur, on the shorter side of the scale, rarely ever keeps him warm during the leaf-bare, but it does wonders showing off his lithe frame. It is due to this that he keeps it meticulously groomed and free of debris. Small scars pepper his muzzle and sides, most being from picking the wrong fights with the wrong predator.

Positive:

Caring//Sweet- Not many has seen this side of him. The side that urges him to do good, to care for everyone in the clan. He hates it, the way others look at him, judging him for his looks, his pelt. If they don't try to know him, why should he be kind to them and give them what they never gave him?
Loyal- No matter what, clan duties come first. Protect the clan, keep them safe, organized, and thriving. Kits, elders, warriors, even the leader get to eat before himself.
Hardworking- If the clan is low on prey, he'll go hunting, usually without telling anyone else. He'll wake up before dawn, tell the cats he planned to go on patrol what to do, and slink off into the forest, most likely to hunt and patrol. 

Neutral:

Snarky- Sharp-tongued, Leopardfang's witty responses either drag a laugh out of you or make you want to strangle him. It usually depends on what he says. Sometimes it just depends on what time of day it is.

Negative:

Stubborn- Being bullied most of his life, Leopardfang has grown a tough outer shell to the world, causing him to be unresponsive at best, and rebellious at worst. He doesn't take too well with authority.
Rude- Even though he grew up as a sweet, quiet kit, Leopardfang slowly became bolder as the moons flashed by, toeing the line that was always moving. Now, he's rude, whether he notices it or not[he usually does, and acts on purpose].

Arrogant- Being confident is not a problem for most cats, but when Leopardfang speaks, you'll definitely expect to hear something about himself, like how he saved a apprentice, or caught three squirrels. To add onto this, he's quite shameless, anything you do or say to him will embarrass you more than him[+flirtiness].
Self Sacrificing- Despite seeming quite selfish, Leopardfang would be the one to throw himself in the way of a fatal blow. His reasoning would be more of 'if I don't die, they'll owe me' than actual concern[or so he tells himself].

History

Kithood: Angst
-Leopardfang was the only kit that survived birth, as his younger brother Fallenkit was a stillborn
-His parents hated his pelt, and yet at the same time revered it
-Despite Heron and Silver's obvious emotions against him, Leopardkit was always a sweetheart, telling his parents that he would make them and his lost brother proud
-He was not ignorant, but chose to ignore the whispers behind his back about being cursed by the dark forest to have to bear two different pelts// two sides
-Leopard ended up lashing out on a kit from a different litter after it having remarked that Fallenkit was better dead than having to live with him 
[a nightmare + disappointment to Oakclan]
-Rumours started to spread about how he was dangerous to the clan
-His father Heron was more hesitant to love him than Silver

Apprentice-hood: Keep on trying
-He was always mocked and laughed at for having an odd pelt, so Leopard threw himself into training and being strong for his parents, who were heartbroken over Fallenkit, even if they tried not to show it 
-Leopard didn't have friends, as he was called a cursed
-The sweet side of him was slowly sank down by hate, and a darker side came out that was always angry and annoyed [white pelt/</black pelt]
-Ended up getting into unprecedented fights with a fox and an owl in the same day
-As a result, he got scars + was stuck in medicine den for a moon, halting his training
-He soon learned sarcasm and being snarky would keep the others at a distance, and that it was better to accept the tormenting and insults thrown his way than to fight back as it did nothing
-When he finally recovered, Leopard rose above the other apprentices in training quickly, which caused more hate and slowly, awe
-During his final assessment, the other 'paws tried to get him to fail, but he succeeded his goal and humiliated the others

Warrior-hood: Heartache
-The bullying having ceased after becoming a warrior, Leopardfang became bolder and started getting to know the older warriors in the clan
-Having older cats as friends turned out to be a good move for Leopard, as they taught him all kinds of tricks for battling and hunting
-In barely a moon, Leopard was given Owlpaw as an apprentice
-Quickly dedicated self to teaching Owlpaw, Owlpaw revered him and was a 'perfect' apprentice
-After assessment, they seemed to hang out more
-Leopardfang frequently went on hunts with Owlthorn, leading the clan to think that they were mates
-Owlthorn died from the same owl that Leopard had fought when he was younger after four moons of being a warrior 
-Leopardfang was overwhelmed with guilt after being unable to protect Owlthorn
-He was given a new apprentice, as the leader thought he would forget about Owl with a new apprentice to train
-Silverpaw was quiet and shy, and despite never talking much, the two toms clicked almost immediately, though Leopard seemed to ignore it
-Leopard lashed out his grief and anger at Silverpaw, and the two almost spent all of their time training for battles
-Silverpaw became Silverheart, and soon became deathly sick
-Leopardfang became elected deputy after death of previous one
-Leopard stayed by Silverheart's side, despite having duties 
-Silverheart spent his last breath telling Leopard to let go of the past and live in the moment
-Leopard mourned, but kept Silver's advice in his mind

The sun had not risen, nor had any of the clan cats. Darkness was his friend, his ally. Despite only having the setting moon's light to guide him, Leopardfang picked his way along a trail, successfully avoiding the many thorns and roots lying about. The clearing surrounded by brambles and berry bushes was his favorite spot to hunt, as it was isolated and to his knowledge, no other cat knew about it. It was just him, the wind, and the trees. The berries meant prey was plentiful, and the brambles kept others away. He had long since mastered navigating the maze of thorns, and he smoothly weaved his way about, on the lookout for mice, squirrels, and if he was lucky, then maybe a hare. 

He remembered when he had first found the spot, an apprentice that was sent out to find herbs for the medicine cat. He had wandered a bit off course, ending up lost in a maze of brambles. Luckily, he had made it out with minor scrapes and a mouthful of berries, but refusing to explain where he had gotten them from got him in trouble, though no one had questioned it, mainly due to his reputation as 'The Cursed.' A wave of dull anger washed over him, causing him to slip up and step on a stick. 

Snap.

The noise was loud in the silence, and he cursed under his breath as he traveled further into the forest, ditching the clearing. 

'Don't let the past get to you, live in the moment and enjoy every second you're given.'

"Thanks Silver, helps a lot." he muttered.
